STORYLINES:
(1) Will Ospreay has a WILD proposal for Swerve Strickland & Hangman Page…
👉Subplots:
(A) Hangman Page interviewed after Owen Hart Tournament win... heaps praise and respect on Will Ospreay...
(B) ...turns attention to AEW world title... addresses Moxley & Death Riders locking the title away... promises to win the title and free it...
(C) Swerve comes out and accuses Hangman of working with the Young Bucks to cost him his last world title shot... Hangman says if he would have wanted to cost Swerve, he would have done it to his face...
(D) Will Ospreay tries to keep the peace and proposes and alliance to defeat Jon Moxley, but both Swerve & Hangman say they would NEVER work together…

(B) Komander stops interference from Claudio Castagnoli, ahead of their match on Saturday...
(C) Moxley puts Mark Briscoe to sleep... Death Riders (Mox, Kidd, Marina) defeat Briscoe, Bailey & Willow...

⭐️TheMalapertSmark: i wont take off points for this but i can’t say i was too excited for it. get the Death Riders a win to get some heat back, i guess. but overall it’s not gonna be some big celebration when they’re finally put down at ALL IN, because they don’t really got all that much heat. they’ve never been a dominant stable…

(3) Hurt Syndicate put AEW on notice... they collectively look out for each other and MJF is coming for the World title...

⭐️TheMalapertSmark: are they gonna pick the pace up on this. i think there’s more of a chance this groups breaks up than them actually helping MJF win the world title back. that’s going to hangman. so i guess we all just waiting for the other shoe to drop here…

⭐️TheMalapertSmark: I actually watched that match at DoN. dont remember any cheating... kind of a big spot for all these girls. harley’s never done anything like this. she got nailed somewhere. anna jay has been in some hardcore stuff but didn’t escape unscathed. overall, i feel bad watching girls do stuff like this. i give respect for doing it but i think there could be better uses…

⭐️TheMalapertSmark: well i actually watch roh. so i’m happy to see someone getting a call up to the main roster. but man. this gimmick is embarrassingly bad…. if a little wwe’ish, but like sad bad wwe. i’m guessing we won’t get an end to these guys anytime soon tho.

(7) Thekla debuts, completely disrespecting Jamie Hayter…

(B) Thekla makes AEW debut, attacking Jamie Hayter... Commentary fills us in on her history, getting fired from Stardom for attacking her boss...

⭐️TheMalapertSmark: man. that was rough for Jamie Hayter. didn’t even get to talk… they’ve been teasing thekla w/ the spider crawling up and down the screen. it was an ok debut. gets her on the map, attacking one of the top girls. but we didn’t even see the attack. so i can’t give that many points. let’s see how she pans out…

(8) Kyle Fletcher upset w/ his stablemates for getting involved in his TNT title match w/ Adam Cole… Cole, angry w/ continuous Don Callis Family attacks, has heated brawl w/ Fletcher backstage…
👉Subplots:
(B) Don Callis Family once again engage in post match attack on Cole but is saved by Brodie King, leading straight into the next match... see Storyline #9....
(C) Backstage, Fletcher angry w/ Don Callis Family for interfering in his match...
(D) ...before being attacked by furious Adam Cole... PULL APART... Cole says he's gonna kill Fletcher...

⭐️TheMalapertSmark: i wasnt really into this until they got all super intense yelling at each other in the back. so i’ll give it a 👍… i also like the idea of getting fletcher away from Don Callis Family, but his reason for being mad at them was a little funny, because, yeah, they caused the dq but that foo was down and out.

⭐️TheMalapertSmark: the verbal exchange was very weird but the ending saved it for me. from the sniffing to the dance off. i really don’t know what to think of this, it’s weird af but i enjoyed it…
