⭐️Kayhan: Other than Gunther and maybe Breakker/Styles, I didn’t enjoy much else from this episode. The criticism to the build of this year’s ‘Mania has definitely been heating up!

(1) Pierce Gives Go Ahead For Unsanctioned Match at Elimination Chamber

-Sami opens the show with an in ring promo talking about his history with KO & desire for a match despite not being 100%. Adam Pierce comes out to explain Sami isn’t medically cleared and doesn’t want to book the match Sami’s pleads lead to Pierce booking an unsanctioned match for Elimination Chamber.

-Video Package reviews events from Friday’s Smackdown when Liv & Raquel were seen on video in the viscinity of Jade’s unfortunate attack.
-Backstage, in Judgement Day’s locker room, Dom expresses concerns over Liv & Raquel’s situation with Bianca & Naomi, but Liv tells him not to worry about it and focus on his match.
-Backstage, Liv & Raquel are interviewed and asked about the video implicating them on Smackdown. They say the video didn’t show them doing anything but don’t deny that they can pull an attack like that at any time. The interviewer, Cathy Kelly, expresses frustration at not pulling anything out of the interview.
-Video Package has “The Prodigy” Roxanne Perez cutting a promo highlighting all her accomplishments in NXT.
-Match: Roxanne defeats Raquel to qualify for Elimination Chamber. Bianca & Naomi ran in to surround Liv and attack her, which distracted Raquel leading to the loss.
-Afterbirth: Post match, Bianca & Naomi attempt further attack on Liv but Raquel pulls her to safety.

-Backstage, in Judgement Day’s locker room, Dom is with Liv and expresses concern about the pressure he feels from Finn ahead of his match with AJ Styles. Finn comes in and encourages the crew to get their respective jobs done tonight.
-Match: AJ Styles defeats Dominik. Carlito attempted to interfere on Dom’s behalf but was thwarted by Styles.
-Afterbirth: Post match, Bron Breakker enters to attempt a spear on AJ but AJ dodges and Dom takes the spear instead. AJ gets a shot in on Bron leaving him frustrated and angry.

⭐️Kayhan: Rematch! I think it would be perfect for Dakota to win the title here… Although her finisher didn’t land cleanly at all, i still think it’s so close between her and Lyra, they should just trade the title back and forth. give us some title change moments, for cryin out loud!

(8) Gunther Wants To Know What It Feels Like To Yeet

-In the arena concourse area, Gunther heads to the ring the way Jey Uso does, does the yeet dance, and belittles Uso and the fans who support him. Gunther asks Pat McAfee on commentary if he thinks Jey can beat him. McAfee says anything is possible, which prompts Gunther to take off his jacket as if to prepare to attack McAfee. Jey Uso enters.
-Backstage, Jey is interviewed and discusses proving the doubters wrong and says he’ll do it again at WrestleMania.

⭐️Kayhan: I enjoyed this immensely. Gunther is freakin hilarious. What a character… I am a little worried about this match being two months out. I don’t know how they can sustain this feud that long. But maybe it can heat up real good. Let’s see…

(9) Penta Takes Advantage of Pete Dunne & Kaiser Beef

-Match: Penta defeats Pete Dunne. Kaiser came out during the match, to Dunne’s dismay. Kaiser’s presence was a distraction that caused Dunne to lose.
-Afterbirth: Post Match, Dunne gets into it with Kaiser for costing him, but Penta wipes them both out with the over the top rope dive. Penta stands tall to end the segment.
-International feed has a Kaiser interview where he says he should be getting all the attention Penta has gotten.

⭐️Kayhan: I think I would have booked this differently. Kaiser coming out during this match was a little clunky. Maybe he could have stayed out of the match and still been at odds with Dunne and Penta. I know they’re trying to mold a 3-way out of this but Kaiser interfering for no reason after he said he wouldn’t, i didn’t really like.

⭐️Kayhan: I think this did a decent job of playing up Iyo for this match, reminding people she used to be world champion and all. I suppose they could still angle her to end up in a WrestleMania title match in a 3-way if they wanted to. They can definitely pull that off if they played it right… As for Iyo’s promo. Good on her for reciting the lines, but i can’t give any points here.

(12) LWO Seek Revenge on New Day For Rey Mysterio Attack

-International feed has New Day being told they suck backstage by Jey Uso.
-New Day cut an in ring promo over a raucous crowd, lamenting the fans love of Rey Mysterio over them. LWO (Dragon Lee, Del Toro & Wilde) come out to cut promos on New Day’s attack of Rey, before running to the ring for a fight. New Day run away before taking a dive from Dragon Lee.
