🌪️REVIEWS🌪️

TheMalapertSmark - 👎

➡️COMMENTS⬅️

⭐️TheMalapertSmark: I haven’t liked the premise for this angle. Nigel just had a match for the ROH Pure title at their last PPV. it’s not like he’s some old guy who hasn’t wrestled in years…

=====

Don Callis Family (Kyle Fletcher, Don Callis), AR Fox

Details:

-Match: Kyle Fletcher w/ Don Callis vs AR Fox… Don Callis joins commentary…

🌪️REVIEWS🌪️

TheMalapertSmark - 👊

➡️COMMENTS⬅️

⭐️TheMalapertSmark: In theory, this is a nice matchup w/ two athletic guys, but the issue is w/ how much Kyle Fletcher has cooled down. they’ve really done an awful job making him seem important when he’s not feuding w/ Ospreay. maybe he’s party to blame too since he hasn’t carried over any of the same passion into anything since…

=====

(4) Ordinary people give their take on who will win the Owen…

🌪️REVIEWS🌪️

TheMalapertSmark - 👎

➡️COMMENTS⬅️

⭐️TheMalapertSmark: Not a good night for Don Callis Family here. their 3 worst guys, takin an L and Don Callis sits at commentary and does notning to help 😕… this was just not an interesting booking. other than romero and ishii being old friends, which nobody really cared about, hard to care about much here… sad for Rocky Romero because i don’t think this is gonna turn out great…

🌪️REVIEWS🌪️

TheMalapertSmark - 👊

➡️COMMENTS⬅️

⭐️TheMalapertSmark: I really like Grizzled Young Veterans so i wanna dish out some points here but man, Roderick Strong and Kyle O’Reilly have got to be one of the top worst promos in the business. and Adam Cole 🤦‍♂️. man. this guy comes into aew, ruins MJF’s credibility w/ that long ass angle they ran, and now nothing even came of it for him. sad…

🌪️REVIEWS🌪️

TheMalapertSmark - 👍

➡️COMMENTS⬅️

⭐️TheMalapertSmark: Man! i was ready to give this 3pts at the idea of Bailey vs Okada but then La Facción Ingobernable came in and ruined it! only 1pt from me here, but that means i still liked it. Bailey’s match w/ Christian was solid, and the idea of Kazuchika Okada vs Mike Bailey is a juicy one. even the tease gets me. that’s gotta happen down the line…. Rush vs Bailey isn’t such a bad idea either. that could be a dope match!…

Winners: Learning Tree…

🌪️REVIEWS🌪️

TheMalapertSmark - +1/2

➡️COMMENTS⬅️

⭐️TheMalapertSmark: I don’t really understand using Gates of Agony like this. i get that it’s a strong win for Bill and Keith to give them some cred, but they coulda gotten them over some other way. Gates of Agony can really be used better… ALSO, i thought the point of this was for Learning Tree to prove themselves and get a world tag title shot, but i guess that went to Sons of Texas. i’m not sure what happened there, but ok 🤷‍♂️…

=====

🌪️REVIEWS🌪️

TheMalapertSmark - 👍👍

➡️COMMENTS⬅️

⭐️TheMalapertSmark: I actually really liked this promo, surprisingly! i’m usually not big on Moxley’s weird promos but this one smacked! he had the adrenaline flowing from the bloody match he just had. this was amazing!…

🌪️REVIEWS🌪️

TheMalapertSmark - 👍

➡️COMMENTS⬅️

⭐️TheMalapertSmark: I’m a sucker for anytime they tease physicality between a man and a woman. even if it doesn’t happen, it’s one of the best tools in wrestling to get the audience going… as for statlander and willow, i like the passion, but even if they do reconcile, is anyone really gonna care??
