2025-03-23 AEW Collision - REVIEW
This episode was dubbed Collision Slam Dunk Sunday. I did not have time to watch this show, and will not be doing my usual comprehensive reviews… If you’d like a detailed summary, Jerome Wilen has a great summary for wrestleview.com. Link:

Here are my key takeaways and thoughts on the booking:
-Death Riders retain the trios title against Top Flight and AR Fox. Didn’t expect a title change here.
-Lio Rush & Action Andretti now dubbed The Cru, attack Top Flight after their match.
-Adam Cole thinks Daniel Garcia was saved by the time limit on Saturday and wants another TNT title match. sure. why not?
-Strong & O’Reilly are mad the the whole disrespectful non handshake from FTR, and want to throw down again. i’m kind tired of this program tbh.
-In a backstage interview. Okada brags about the list of wrestlers he’s beaten recently and calls them all bitches. I’m interested to see who’s next on the list of Okada victims.
-Bandido beat Johnny TV but the real story is him trying to get his brother’s mask back from Jericho. Jericho comes out and talks shit but in the end, Bandido does take the mask back here. I thought they might milk this longer but ok.
-Toni Storm cut a promo on Megan Bayne as they have a match coming up. There was also a megan bayne video package where she actually spoke! I will have to take a look at this next chance I get… can’t believe she’s come this long without saying a word… if she’s not gonna talk, why not have penelope speak for her?…
-Harley Cameron picks up a win over a local talent.
-Don Callis is asked about Kyle Fletchers absence since losing to Ospreay. Callis says he will reveal his big plans for Fletcher this Wednesday. This should be interesting how they can have his character overcome a clean loss. always tough for wrestlers to come back from that…
-Komander and Hologram are not Los Titanes Del Aire (Titans of the Air). eh. the names whatever. and they pick up a win over LFI’s Dralistico and Beast Mortos. Until they get back to some coherant booking with LFI, i can’t care to care. this is decent filler.
