Joe apologized for not covering Owens enough but wouldn’t apologize for covering Cody. Owens didn’t accept the apology, telling Tessatore to shove the apology up his ass, and was going to leave with the title belts when CM Punk enters...

⭐️Kayhan: Interesting stuff here… Joe tessatore shows he tries to be unbiased. But he really seems biased here…. glad they expanded on this little storyline, as Owens confronting commentary about Cody getting promo time and not him a while back was one of the most entertaining part of that show.
(2) CM Punk Warns Kevin Owens of Potential WrestleMania Clash

-CM Punk enters to warn Kevin Owens that if Owens beats Cody, he'll have a short title reign, as he proclaims he will win the Royal Rumble and defeat the champion. Punk mentions he didn't want to make it seem like he's certain Cody will win, after confronting Cody on Raw, acknowledging that KO could win, and this could end with the two main-eventing WrestleMania. After insults back and forth, this almost ends in violence but Kevin Owens dropped the belt he threatened to take and backed out of the ring...

⭐️Kayhan: Funky seeing these two together but I feel it an unnecessary sequence. And also, maybe giving away the ending as how can they do so many scenes about punk main eventing wrestlemania and not have him win. I’m thinking it’s for sure now.

⭐️Kayhan: Wicked spinning back elbow from Andrade. Looked great, Miz sold it great. I’ll give a half point here for the solid work.

⭐️Kayhan: The baby face cheating to get the win, but it makes sense as the veteran out smarts the yout. I liked the promos on the way to the ring with the basketball metaphors.
(5) Chelsea In Trouble Against Michin, Takes the Easy Way Out Causing Disqualification

-During backstage interview, Chelsea proclaims she will win the Royal Rumble.
-Naomi & Bianca are interviewed backstage about the prospects of competing against each other in the Royal Rumble. They both say one of them will win.
-Backstage, Zelina tells Tiffany she is eying the WWE Title.
-During in ring interview, Tiffany says she doesn't care who wins the Rumble, even if it's Nia. Candice enters to tell Tiffany that her title reign is coming to an end, when Nia enters and accidentally squishes Candice. But no matter, Nia still annihilates Tiffany.

⭐️Kayhan: Tiffany laying into Candice with some truth was where this started getting hot for me. and then the fight is was nice. finally a pay off for these two after all these months… I will say Candice struggled with her promo, wasn’t bad, but the crowd gave it to her for the slow pace.
(7) Women's Tag Title Picture: Liv Loses To Naomi But End Night on Top After Inflicting Post Match Beatdown

⭐️Kayhan: Liv & Raquel attacking Bianca & Naomi post match kept them alive for a tag title shot in my opinion. At least it shows, hey …. we can whip your ass and leave you laying. Naomi and Bianca should want to get em back.
(8) Damian Welcomed To Smackdown... Fight With Samoans Leads To Tag Match As LA Knight Helped Out Damian...

-Damian Priest cuts an in ring promo discussing his move to Smackdown and goal of winning gold. Jacob Fatu and Tama Tonga interrupt. Fatu stakes claim to running Smackdown, leading to a fight between Fatu and Priest. Tama Tonga tips the tide in the Samoan’s favor until LA Knight enters to even the odds. The segment ends with Knight challenging the Samoans to tag match for tonight.
-Backstage, Santos offers friendship to Damian, but Damian refuses it.
-During main event, LA Knight & Jacob Fatu get caught up fighting outside the ring, leaving Damian to pin Tama Tonga to pick up tag team win.
-Post match, Jacob Fatu re enters the ring and leaves Damian layin' to end Smackdown.

-Gargano nailed his own teammate from Pretty Deadly, leaving his side to lose 8 man tag. Los Garza & MCMG defeat Pretty Deadly & DIY.
-Backstage DIY & Pretty Deadly get heated backstage. DIY tell Pretty Deadly that if they lose at Royal Rumble, Pretty Deadly can kiss their title shot goodbye, pressuring Pretty Deadly to help.
