STORYLINES:
(1) Rey Mysterio, Royal Rumble, Kevin Owens, Aldis, Cody Rhodes
-Rey Mysterio comes to the ring to open the show in his hometown to cut a promo. Rey announces he's entering the Royal Rumble. Kevin Owens enters to put over Rey's and his own accomplishments, also expressing his wishes to do one thing he's never done in wrestling, face Rey. KO says he hopes Rey wins the Royal Rumble and chooses to face him at WrestleMania. Rey tells KO he is not the champion, to which KO responds by saying Cody has Rey brainwashed too. Rey calls KO delusional like his son Dominik, to which KO is so offended that he attacks Rey. A scuffle ensues which ends with KO powdering.
-Backstage, Aldis tell Rey he's facing KO tonight. Cody enters and apologizes for not helping Rey, waiting to be medically cleared. Rey tells Cody he's taking care of KO tonight. Aldis then tells Cody he wants Cody to sign a contract to prevent a repeat of Saturday Night's Main Event (stealing of belts, i suppose he's talking about). Cody says he'll sign it when KO does.
-Backstage, Aldis finds KO and tries to get him to sign the contract. KO refuses to do it until Cody does...
-Kevin Owens defeats Rey Mysterio.
-Post match, KO sarcastically tried to shake Rey's hand but sets him up for a pop up powerbomb. Cody enters to save Rey and a fight ensues. Officials enter to break it up and KO leaves through the crowd, stands on equipment cases raising his title belt in the air.
-Backstage Aldis tell Cody that Shawn Michaels will moderate next week's contract signing.

⭐️Kayhan: At first, I was wondering why Cody didn't come out in the opening segment... I didn’t very much like today’s angle about Cody & KO not signing the match contract. I will give this credit on this day for Kevin Owens’ heel work. His exchange with Rey to open the show and post match deception were two highlights for me. Gimme crazy heel KO anytime.
⭐️Robert: This was the best Rey Mysterio match I've seen in a long time.
(2) Bianca, Naomi, Nia, Candice
-Bianca & Naomi talk backstage. The mystery of who attacked Jade lingers as they will face Nia & Candice tonight.

⭐️Kayhan: That picture is just too funny. It’s the prototype picture to look back on and laugh after we find out Naomi is behind Jade’s attack😆. I’m giving this a 👍 based on the fact that I know that’s gonna happen. If it’s not Naomi, i’ll be disappointed.
(3) Bailey, Tiffany, Roxanne Perez
-Backstage, Bailey is interviewed about tonight's WWE Title match with Tiffany.
-Backstage, Tiffany is also interviewed.
-Former NXT Champ is shown in the crowd, who also fought with Bailey this past Tuesday. Bailey got into it with Roxanne verbally during the match but it did not affect the finish. Tiffany defeats Bailey to retain WWE Title.

⭐️Kayhan: Solid match. Bailey put Tiffany over well. I wasn’t too enamored with the match only because I had no doubt Tiffany would not lose the title in her first defense… I have fears in the back of my mind that they could turn her face and kill her character, but maybe as long as she keeps her heel edge, she could be a decent heel… As for Roxanne and Bailey, I’m guessing they will feud. On which show, IDK. But Bailey could be instrumental in making Roxanna famous…
(4) Michin, B-Fab, Chelsea, Piper
-Backstage, Michin rues her loss to Chelsea with B-Fab. Chelsea & Piper enter with disrespect. B-Fab tells Chelsea she wouldnt have been Michin if it wasnt for Piper. Piper is there to protect Chelsea, as B-Fab leaves to the GMs office to get a match with Piper.
-Piper defeats B-Fab.
-Post match, Chelsea & Piper attack B-Fab. Michin enters to save B-Fab, running off Chelsea & Piper.

⭐️Kayhan: I said the same thing last week. Surprisingly lackluster US Title reign from Chelsea so far. I see her dropping that strap soon.
(5) Jimmy Uso, Carmelo Hayes, Jacob Fatu, Tama Tonga, Solo, LA Knight, Braun Strowman
👉This whole this started out with Jimmy Uso & Carmelo settling a beef until Jacob Fatu and Tama Tonga wiped it all out. It ended with the 2 fighting LA Knight & Braun Strowman… We thought we were gonna get words from Solo, but we didn’t.
👉DETAILS:
-Carmelo Hayes cut a promo on his way to the ring putting down Jimmy Uso. Match between Hayes & Uso ends in DQ as Jacob Fatu & Tama Tonga attack Jimmy Uso.
-Post match, Jacob & Tama Tonga wipe out Jimmy & Carmelo. Solo's music hits and enters the ring to cut a promo. Jacob defends Solo against the boos from the crowd but Solo just leaves having said nothing. Jacob then cuts a promo saying he is tired of the disrespect and that no one could touch him on his worst day. LA Knight's music hits, and Knight attacks Jacob & Tama from behind, but Jacob gets the upper hand. Braun Strowman's music hits and enters to face Jacob Fatu. The crowd is got for the showdown but Tama Tonga pulls Jacob out of the ring.
-Jacob Fatu vs Braun Strowman set for Saturday Night's Main Event...

⭐️Kayhan: I can’t believe Jacob and Tama Tonga were still willing to follow Solo. Really sad to see how this ended for Solo. I was a fan and didn’t wanna see him get buried so far down… On the bright side, Jacob Fat & Braun Strowman had a great moment. That was a great sell for a match. 👍 for Jacob and Strowman.
(6) Legado Del Fantasma, MCMG, Pretty Deadly
-Backstage, Santos hypes up Los Garza ahead of their match with MCMG tonight.
-Pretty Deadly interfere to cost Los Garza against MCMG in tag team match.
-Backstage, DIY dress down Pretty Deadly, breaking down their loose alliance. Ciampa calls them a joke and refuse to give them title shot they were promised. As DIY walk away, Crews enters to tell DIY he told them about DIY. As Pretty Deadly walk off, Gargano violently attacks Crews.

⭐️Kayhan: Why is Crews sticking his nose in this business? He got nothing else to do?… on the bright side, at least they got a little storyline going for these midcarders in the tag division. I say it’s better than nothing🤷♂️.

⭐️Kayhan: Charlotte only hangs out in expensive ass boats… I didn’t think it was such an amazing video package. They got some nice drone shots. But I’m more excited about the possibility of seeing Charlotte return than this particular video package.
